League Rules
The Central Piedmont Football League is governed by a set of rules which combines elements of the following football governing bodies: National Federation of State High School Athletic Associations (NFHS) North Carolina High School Athletic Association (NCHSAA) Central Piedmont Football League Board of Directors The League's basic set of rules is drawn from the NFHS and NCHSAA rule books. The League's Board of Directors implements a separate set of League Rules designed for specifically for our league and tailored more toward youth participation in a recreation setting. In the event of a conflict or discrepancy between these set of rules, the League Rules will take precedence. The Central Piedmont Football League regularly reviews these rules and trends within youth football and reserves the right to establish additional rules and modify or remove existing rules if needed.
