The Central Piedmont Football League is an affiliation
of municipal and private youth football and cheerleading
organizations spread across the Central Piedmont Region
of North Carolina. Expanding out of an affiliation of
teams from Chatham and Randolph Counties, the Central
Piedmont Footbal League was established in 1991.
Since its inception, the CPFL has continued to grow
and now offers playing opportunities through 21 local
organizations located in Chatham, Davidson, Durham,
Guilford, Moore, Orange and Randolph Counties. For more
information on each local organization, please use the
links under the League Members section of the site.
The Central Piedmont Football League is governed by
a Board
of Directors consisting of full-time professionals
in the field of Municipal Recreation & Parks. The
Board of Directors works together with the local area
directors to govern the CPFL by establishing and regularly
reviewing playing rules, safety procedures, and various
trends throughout youth football and cheerleading.
